This thing is the first level 9 to be discovered, on June 30, 1987 the police department was getting calls about a strange tall man watching families. One call this thing broke the window in a house where a older sister and a younger brother were home alone. Yells were heard over the phone. The only audible words were to the dispatcher “I smell your fear” “your two daughters are not safe” one victim happened to survive said “his face was like a white mask but it wasn’t a mask it was his own flesh he kept quoting the devil saying “Let the devil take your soul!” This anomaly is to be avoided if possible if you can’t avoid it make sure your well armed with others. -Mr E.
