He can spit out a kamehameha

That is basically what Recoome could do, and half that battle my dude had his booty hanging out
Actually the inspiration was from new canon Broly’s Gigantic Roar attack, it looks exactly like that, and it got its name in Dragonball Xenoverse 2, but it was also in the Broly movie
I don’t even watch dragon ball and I loved that frickin movie
But who was the guy who had spiky hair tho he was iggnorant asf

Also it’s Hope’s strongest attack. It’s balanced because he has to basically drain his energy to use the attack, and it takes him multiple hours to recover afterwards. It’s made mainly of energy but also has massive amounts of radiation and is extremely nuclear. Hope’s powers are basically energy, radiation, and electricity,but he can be hurt by bullets in most cases so he’s not anywhere close to Goku level…sorry if that was long, I just really haven’t gave a description of Hope yet. (The form he’s using is his radioactive form and he can only use that attack whilst in radioactive mode)
Edit: that’s only part of the attack, I’m not done with the animation yet 🙁

Well the beam had reference from a tutorial, but I memorized it and I put it in the animation by myself
