i’m not gonna dispute any of your points I’m just here to point out that 1:

“How do you explain fossilized creatures or plants that are so small and delicate?” is called the “argument from ignorance” fallacy, where you say “hey, this hasn’t been explained to be true yet or to me, so therefore it is false”

and 2:

“But again, you can choose what you want to believe, I just am sharing the facts.”

sounds really condescending, it’s like “hey, you can believe what you want, but you’re wrong anyway so you really can’t, but hey, you can believe what you want, but you’re wrong anywa-“

The way I see it, if there was a God, he made the world, animals (the single cell ones), all that stuff. The animals evolved over hundreds of thousands of years. Now, we have no idea what caused the mass extinction of life, so a flood is very possible. So, the flood comes in, killing most large animals that couldn’t adapt to the new world. Eventually, the water recedes, and one of the surviving creatures were the first humans. Then we ourselves evolved, inventing new technologies, creating new ideologies, waging war and becoming more advanced. Eventually, some of us decided to declare that the world was made due to large rocks colliding, then being hit with large clumps of space ice. Many were branded as heretics by thier people and executed. Those that survived did not stop in thier quest, however. They gathered supporters and rose to positions of great power. They invaded the other nations and enforced thier ideals. Those who practiced their religion were beaten by the atheist scientific ruling party. Eventually, the nation’s banded together to regain their independence and religious freedoms. They succeded, with most uniting to form the Roman Empire. The few that didn’t were mostly Germanic tribes and small citystates. The Romans proved only slightly better than the previous empire. Eventually, their own hubris led to their demise. Several tribes learned from the ruins of the empire, forming nations of their own. Others stayed as they were until they were absorbed or annihilated by the new nations. These new nations gathered strength and ventured east, discovering gunpowder from the empires there. This led to centuries of war, where the nation’s we know today came to be. You should know the last 150-100 years of the story.

This is just my current compromise between the two sides (religion and science) to keep most happy. There are factual errors, I know, but it is good enough for a tired 15 year old kid who hasn’t slept more than 23 hours this week.
