I’m think that what if I make green goblin make the symbiote and he takes a serum that turns him into a ultimate green goblin and while fighting Spider-Man he crashes into the container which puts trigger on him which makes him bigger and then trigger is the main villain

To be honest the classic depictions of him at least from my perspective like Ultimate Spider-man and the comic versions are pretty solid. Mainly Ultimate Spider-Man, I feel they really captured what Goblin should be as a character.

I see, hopefully it all pieces together well then especially with such pronounced characters in their own rights like Goblin etc.
Maybe this could be of use but perhaps the applications you use the main villain for can be a bigger hint to show how much more impactful and menacing the villain is even if they’re fairly small and don’t hold out as menacingly visually.

Great idea, if you do that scene plan you just described as well putting some build up or emphasis on Trigger before the release will really get viewers on board.
For example:
Spider-Man reacting saying something like
‘What have you done’
