My ears hurts after blasting intense choir rock synth classical music.

I feel so alive yet so dead.
Things have gotten to the point where I hesitate if everything is real, my eyes feel like what they’re seeing is nothing but deceiving. Im not sure if what im hearing is actually stuff im hearing.
