Some users in this series are actually messed up judging by their factions like:

The Autobots were Neos, Zoom or Explosive Bullet for example whilist the Decepticons were Spookus, Alpine or Procyon, It’s messed up because some of them were friends tho like, Spookus and Neos

Note that all of the transformers in this are not going to switch sides, They stay on their original factions, because you don’t wanna expect that all user transformers are going to be good, and i don’t want it to be like that because it looks like a dumb plot device or something like that
