still tweaking it but mayhaps will get blur to not look like ass

its a bit intense, so it will likely be a checkbox for exporting only (aka “Better quality blurs [__]” type of deal)

i hate messing with shader code like this because it’s *so* hardware dependent, shit just might plain not work on some devices randomly, so no promises

though it is an optional checkbox so…might not matter

if it works, i can probably apply it to glow as well
