Day 5: My dad tested positive for COVID-19. so I don’t think anything will happen today. I’m not worried about him. he’s been feeling fine.

Day 4: I said it last year too.
Do not participate in NNN if you feel it will be a burden on you, be it physically or mentally. This shouldn’t have to be something you “survive.” instead, let it be a fun way to challenge your own self control, perhaps growing it in the process. set goals for yourself maybe.

For example, I don’t care if I “fail.” I’ll be happy if I at least make it a week.
that’s my way of testing myself.
