Pretty sure my first stickfigures were all for a color tournament. Mostly because of the time I watched Kaido’s Fight Tournament vid. Man I can’t believe it’s been 4 years since.

Templar Battleforce Review:
It’s a great game for any of you RPG fanatics over here. Now, I’m one of those virgins- I mean fanatics myself, but I’m still pretty bad at playing RPGs. Mostly because games that require actual thought are hard for a small brain like me.In it, we play as the leader of a squad of space marines fighting against aliens. Yeah that’s basically the entire plot. That’s my real problem with the game, the story is hella generic. It’s basically like if XCOM and Warhammer had an edgy baby.
Even the gameplay reflects that since you’re fighting the Xenos (aliens) using a grid, turn-based system. I’m not one to argue about the originality of stories of course since my SN universe is literally a discount fusion between Marvel and DC. But, going back to our main topic.
Even though it’s similar to them. It definitely ain’t a bad thing to be inspired by those classic games. Anyhow, cI like that we can customize our Templars a heck of lot, we can even change their name and armor look and/or color.
I, of course immediately named my captain “Fucker” the first chance I got. Now let’s talk about classes, there’s a decent amount of em, 7 to be exact. I like the variety in each class, sure the Neptune and Soldier are basically the same. But there’s still an obvious difference between them.
Welp that’s all I guess, time for the Pros & Cons! (also PP means it’s more subjective than the other Pros/Cons, AKA, my Personal Perspective. Pretty much just stole The Completionist’s rating system btw)
Pros:
+ Great gameplay
+ Just as good graphics
+ A crapload of customization options
+ Good music
+ Paid, but downloadable on Aptoide (PP)Cons:
– Can become really repetitive
– Plot is generic
– Fire Engineer is fecking useless (PP)Rating: Play it
