that’s too much work, waste of time considering the echo doesnt even sound that good
but as ralph said, its the closest thing you’ll get to an echo ig

That wont work, i tried. Here look at this
It just sounds too fake, not like a real echo. It has no reverb to it and it doesnt make the sound feel like it was executed in a big indoor space.
And i dont have space to put that much sounds in an anim, theres too many useful sounds every 4 frames or so, so every frane would have to have a sound in it just to slightly get a janky echo
good idea though, i wish it worked

feature suggestion, the ability to add reverb/echo to sounds
and to choose how much times it echoes
it can be so useful for impacts, or noises inside a big building

honestly it’s possible, along with other relatively simple sound modifications
its just im very limited with the built-in LibGDX sound framework
i’ve perused around for some 3rd party pure Java libraries and may be able to come up with something in a future updatebut for now yeah you’ll have to do what arc said
or echo it yourself in a 3rd party app and re-export the mp3
or just do all the sound-adding after, in post-processing with a video editor app

Yeah, I know. may sound weird, but i tend to switch bwtween two different anim styles in one anim. Slow movements are smoothened, fast movements are half smooth and half choppy.
But that fall was WAY too smooth even for my anim style, i gotta admit. I’m gonna keep working on this so ill definetely keep this in mind.

thank you. I’m trying to learn how to animate like NAF or Air Chan.

choreography practice
for me, its def an improvement. this is the first time i choreograph a fight or use references. ill try to add more into the animation, like removing the part where he falls down and replacing it with a small stumble, so I can continue the fight.
Thoughts?

i personally think that when he falls down it feels too smooth compared to the, somewhat choppier style of the rest of the animation
it seems like, kind of abrupt, and i personally think that the fall should be choppier 👍👍

Hello. I need some advice
I’ve noticed I’m a pretty good animator, but I am absolutely, and let me say ABSOLUTELY shit at any choreography or planning movements.
Its REALLY BAD. Like, everytime i animate a fight scene, I have no clue where it’s going or what the hell I’m even doing. Hell, everytime I post a fight scene, those fight scenes usually took like 3 reattempts just to finally find a way to desperately animate a couple punches.
I suck at choreography. I don’t know how to do all that keyframing crap. I don’t know how the hell I’m supposed to animate the greatest thing about animating (fights) when im absolutely dogshit at planning them or even executing them. I don’t even know where I’m supposrd to start when it comes to learning this.
I genuinely need some help with this topic

All I can tell you is to look up some tutorials and practice, maybe even look at other animations and see how they did it, take some notes.
Im not an expert on this but this should get you started in the right direction.
