Constructive criticism:
Back foot should stay at the same relative place ( or slightly slide back).
Front leg should stay in the same place ( extend a bit as the man recoils back.
Punching arm shouldn’t really recoil back, but slow down whilst still going forward

Quick thing to make it better, maybe change his body’s skin tone so his arms can have limb shading, because right now the outline is just black and itd be hard to add limb shading, which is important for simplistic character designs like this
