Update: Finally done with the Monokuma figure! Won’t be uploading the colored version though (the one in the pic.) because there are WAY too many seperate figures. Here’s the comparison between the reference I used and the figure itself.

Tween makes your spacing even. Small spacing is for tiny movements, while big spacing is for fast and big movements. Tween makes all of the spacing in your animations even. Which means that all of your spacing will remain the same throughout your animation.
