You first go to stickfigure library tools, then hit submit stickfigures. It basically gives you a few rules about submitting after that, and then you can select which stickfigures from your library to submit.
After, you can add a description and relavent tags to the stickfigure(s).
Finally, you can submit thumbnails for submissions through this page http://sticknodes.com/submit-thumbnail/.
