@thedinosaurhunter
@concavenanimatorHere, in the Yixian Formation, Tyrannosaurs still hunted ornithopods.
Meet Bolong, the Boreal Iguanodont.
Its coloration is based off of Russian Boar Piglets.
-
Where there’s a Tyrannosaur there’s some type of hadrosaur nearby

@thedinosaurhunter
@concavenanimatorI decided to make a couple of sin is from the Yixian Formation. The iconic dinosaur of that formation is- of course- Yutyrannus if anyone’s read anything about it.
But there are several other dinosaurs. And the largest of which is Dongbeititan, the Boreal Colossus.
I based its coloration off of a Caribou.
-
Holy cow, this is gonna look awesome for Episode 7 of DHGCBD, I can see it now. Great job

I also like how the Yutyrannus and this guy’s colors are based off animals that lived in these type of cold climates.

Why do I have a feeling that this is gonna be awesome?
Probably because dragons are always awesome
-

Yeah its only subtle differences between the male and the female. I based the coloration off of Snow Leopards, which have poor sexual dimorphism. The Male is slightly bulkier with a thicker tail and a sort of shaggy underbelly and a light mane behind the head. Its got darker colorations and the eyecrest is just a little bigger, a little bumper, and darker in color.
I\’m gonna be making a few dinosaurs from the same formation as Yutyrannus, so if I make different figs for each gender, they probably wouldn\’t be that much different the genders. Boreal Forest Animals have poor diversity in color.
