ok, here it goes
character name: scout (good for a nickname) or just scout trooper
personality: nice ,forgiving and a little smart
abilities: aside fromwaht a normal scout tf2 can do, he can also summon tf2 any weapon at will
(drawbacks are that he can only summon 1 at a time and most weapons he summons can either be better or could make him vulnerable due to some completely not compatible with em ex: mini guns)
+he also need to learn how each non scout weapon works, so he cant just be op mastering every weapon making 1 shot combosfiles:

edit: to think of it, i think any additional nerfs will be fine, never really thought of how op some weapon switch combos would be without those basic nerfs
like rocket jumping then back stabbing mid air tho,

Nice this fairly well balanced and I don’t think any nerfs or improvements needs to be made.
The only issue however is my lack of TF2 weapons and generally TF2, I can always search things up though and create the guns from it for your character to use.
Roughly speaking, the idea in mind with your character is this:
Ability to summon any TF2 weapon, character is kind, forgiving and quite intelligent.
Correct me on anything if I missed anything or if you disagree with that rough idea about your character.
