Well i have seen people get shot and the force of the bullet pushes them backwards.
There was a weird one where this guy got shot so he just bent on his knees and extended them and fell to the floor. -

the motion of the soldier shooting the gun is godlike

I think its good but the person being shot wouldnt immediately fall forward, add a motion to their head making it go back as a reaction to the force from the bullet then make him fall forward a few moments later
