people with a more popular status don’t get a biased card. I can give you cards of people who have very basic cards regardless of their popularity:
Tomzonia, Firedino(flame), redhood, infiniteguess, maawoz, stew and even Ralph and Sean.
The reason’s why ex: Slapstyle, lemon have received amazing cards is due to multiple reasons.
Let me focus on Lemon’s card for now. His card has such high stats as his character is well planned out and well made. Looking on how he produced his OC by doing calculus and whatnot improved the chances for better stats.
Here’s a quick, made in paint, example:

Although both have the appearance of being strong, the left one will only be granted a 1.01 boost in his calculus for strength, while the second one will receive a 1.23 boost in his calculus for strenght. These numbers are chosen by me and not A.I.!

Keep in mind that the first number is randomly generated applying a bit of luck as well.

These are not official terms, but terms I named for easier personal use.

In terms of when characters receive Personal Special cards is based on whether I think they deserve one. Jackfly is a great example of that. His talent is undeniably one of the best here giving me a good reason to allow him to receive a personal special card. Keep in mind that personal special cards are boosted a lot. If he were the receive his basic card, it probably wouldn’t be promising.

Other special cards such as the Halloween cards are gainable by just doing the requirements to get one. In this case: Make a halloween version of your OC. (and make sure I see it so it doesn’t go under my radar)

This is somewhat true, but mostly inaccurate.
I stated that people who are friendly/Helpful could have the chance of getting additional points granted to his/hers card’s stats. Being helpful is in most cases sharing your knowledge to help someone, which can boost the intelligence stats on one of your cards.

There’s a lot more to go through in order to fully explain the system, but some things will be kept secret for obvious reasons.
