Yeah I did, an embed failure is when an error with the picture happens and no one can see it. At least that’s what I think.

There’s a gif on Tenor which is basically a response to it by saying something like “embed failure laugh at this user”.

The gif didn’t load because you can’t see it and now I made an embed failure.
