lol, did you really think the Government would allow a Citizen to have a Minigun
*Most* parts of America doesn’t allow you to buy or rent a Machine Gun or any weapon more powerful (other than a .50 Cal and that stuff)
I don’t live in Texas but yes, they do allow miniguns and that stuff, but like I said, most parts of America doesn’t allow
