I have fully completed the Garett pack and will be publishing it. I made improvements like adding new mouths, changing the torso into a sprite for accuracy, fixing the limbs, etc.. Enjoy!

I think in the app, theres a button somewhere that says Submit Stickfigure, click on that, select the thing you wanna upload, follow the steps and submit the email to get it approved manually after about 1-3 weeks or so
