You should add little hair details that make the dude seem feral and dangerous

Kinda like how real life wolves , have their hair get spiky and point upwards

It’s alright, but you could do a lot more with the design.

Maybe add a few blood stains, scratches, stitches, or even some dirtied up spots on his body.
Also it might be a wise decision to lower its saturation if you want it to be a bit creepier. Most good monsters and paranormal entities have pale colors to symbolize a certain deadness about them.
