just use glow and make it blink and fade out

One glow effect that’s red and then add like a white circle with a red glow and blue it lightly
I get the other ones but not the “blue it lightly” like give it a little blue or add a little blue on top of it is that what you mean?

If i were you i’d make a alarm myself, if its not good i’d try again. If it still isn’t, i’d get a alarm from someone and make the alarm trapezoids.
