Part of what I love about New York is that nobody gives a sh*t what you’re doing. You could walk around drinking a bottle of lime juice (which I’ve done) and for the most part, nobody will care or think you’re weird because everyone has seen way stranger sh*t.

I found out how you’re supposed to label things as “I have depression,” rather than “I am depressed,” and I had a thought. If you were to say to a homophobe who thought that homosexuality was a sickness “my friend is homosexual” would they try to correct you by saying “they have homosexuality”

Because they are self conscious about it. I found out that the hard way when I was carrying my girlfriend and I said she was heavy she told me to put her down and don’t touch her. So it’s a touchy subject.
