Currently black leos are releasing 60 prisoners of arkania if they release Kalos… But by numbers, thats a weak and bad offer. Arkania though has a plan with the UNCF. The Arkanians are known for Taking and understanding other technology and producing said tech for themselves, so they will use that to their sdvantage. Right now the arkanians are getting 2 blueprints of the wave motion gun along with a fully functional build of the 2 wave motion guns… However the problem is the black leos. They have a chance to intercept the arkanian Css-42 with the blueprints that if ever the arkanians are on the verge of defeat, they would destroy the given tech.

In case of that scenario. This is where your boarding team comes in. You will escort the ships till it reaches arkania. Silver tech space teams are also gonna be on standby to help infiltrate.
