I come bearing some good news, for now it probably wonโt be of much interest of you but Iโll mention this anyway.
I managed to sort some stuff out for my video on animating a punch and progress is going well, last week I assembled some footage, planned some stuff and started working on a video draft. I decided to re-write what I had though because I was rambling.
Long story short I now am working on a new plan for the video and I think itโs going to be great.
Where you come inI would like to work on more videos before releasing the current so I have a selection to upload progressively and so I upload regularly enough. If you have any suggestions for tutorials etc please let me know so I can consider doing it.
Iโm looking for around 2 – 3 extra videos to make before starting to upload.
Thank you all for your help and support thus far.

people struggle with the idea of animating via keyframes first, then going back and fleshing in all the in-between stuff
its a vague concept but having a dude for example run/roll and leap out of the roll for example – the process should be to hit all the key movement points first in about 5-6 frames
then to go back and use a combination of “add tweened frame” and manually animating to fill in the in-betweens
Possibly, sounds a bit more in-depth for me to look into although I feel for stuff like that itโs more of a practical thing than a testing thing.
Aka just do it and practice, Iโll look into it.
Maybe start out with something small, like a short video showcasing the evolution of all remakes or your OC, or a short Minecraft or basketball, or a music sync video, or after a few uploads you can reupload that “The Stick Behind The Slaughter” video.
Or maybe you’d want to do something with a little more story to it. e.g. an AVA video, something like people raiding and breaking down a castle while the King and Queen try to escape and the knights are fighting off the invaders, or a murder mystery with ocs (ok I really really want that now)
Y’know, stuff like that. Even if it’s the randomest video ever like a camera and a stick being best friends, just make whatever your imagination wants you to make
True, I need more take more free creative liberties rather than making high quality stuff all the time.
