To any aspiring team member of the Site Log and for those interested, here at the Site Log we allow many individuals a chance at utilising their unique skills and abilities in exchange for some assistance in our goals at the Site Log. Even if you think you are not someone who can help with things like making entries, providing support for missed entries or even being a supervisor, we have other roles and the potential for you to apply and speak with us on how you personally can help us.

A lot of the reasoning for it comes from your own perspective on the matters, the roles at the Site Log are voluntary ( Currently ) but you have the chance to make your contributions to the Site Log your own and to do something for your namesake.

✔️ The chance at showcasing your abilities under the alias and branding of an ever-growing and highly successful project

✔️ You will be in the limelight and have full credits provided to you for any work you provide to us, art, entries, everything and anything, all noted and credited.

✔️ To collaborate with other talented individuals and to share knowledge and experiences to potentially help you in whatever way it may be.

✔️ You would forever have your name credited to the Site Log, throughout all the Site Log’s yearly iterations, your name will be known amongst the community.

Without further ado let’s review some of the roles we have available to you!

📨【 Contributor 】📨

Responsible for providing an entry within the Site Log group in a way that details the events, the posts, the artworks, animations, music suggestions and everything else about the day. Each contributor can take on between 1 – 3 entries within a week including backup. Depending on the circumstances more entries may be asked of different team members given they can accommodate.

The people behind the contributors should they ever be unable to create an entry, will let the designated member of backup know they can’t make it and will with any luck backup will cover for them making an entry in their place.

🍁【 Seasonal 】🍁

If you find that you have less time than you’d be able to permit within a chunk of the year, or for a month etc, then seasonal allows for an entry to be made once within the span of either a few weeks, a month or potentially longer if in hiatus. As per usual a regular contributor-style entry with all the details, quality assurance and more would need to be provided.

🎨【 Artist 】🎨

If your abilities lie in creating animations or artwork more than it does written or verbal skills, you can of course apply to become an Artist at the Site Log meaning once commissioned within a set time you will be asked to make some artwork for the project and help convey a message better described visually than written. This role is in less of a demand as most art is pre-made so if you do have art to share you may, this role may serve as more of a thank you for your art as opposed to something you need to contribute to.

🖌️【 Supervisor 】🖌️

Second to the manager, the supervisors are trusted employees within the Site Log who help with staff information, rotas, general public questions and other detailing and routing, for information- these guys are your go-to, second of course to the Manager who will provide first-hand details which may mean if there are any gaps in knowledge, the supervisor may refer to the manager and if needed, vice-versa.

Owner of the Site Log, beyond overall management and coordination there isn’t much to add, the potential for this role to open up may become available in the future but is currently exclusively held by Tastylemon16

⭐️【 Ex-employee 】⭐️

This roles is restricted to any ex-employees of the Site Log and is mainly for credits and commemoration to them, it is not something you can apply for.

🌱【 Trainee 】🌱

For any given role you apply for, you will begin with training which means you will need to prove yourself, let your abilities be known as you demonstrate your skills within a set occasion, either with an entry ( or entries ) or a piece of artwork. The affiliate role is for any partnering groups or projects partnering with the Site Log on behalf of growing both projects and tying certain ideas together. This role is only applicable to any partnerships the Site Log has with another user, the affiliate role is more of a status role than something you work to achieve.
