Tough guy’s body, I wanted to carry thompsons easily. It’s 5.1kg with a 50 bullet drum.
I thought I might partake in these questions as well so here’s my answers:
1. Yes, I exercise everyday besides sunday.
2. Not sure, probably 25 – 30.
3. I train with Calisthenics, Cardio and some dumbells.
4. It’s up to whoever whether they want to or not, although personally I think people should aim for high targets, not just exercising but in life.
5. Difficult to describe really, as for what body type I would want to avoid: Fat and strong, Modern Strongman, Skinny and athletic.

1: No.
2: Used to be like 30. But I stopped working out so like 15.
3:Basic stuff. Plank, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Crunches, Squats etc. No equipment.
4: Good. Hard tho.
5:I’m close to having a pretty athletic body. I don’t want to be ripped or muscular becaue that would be too hard to take care of. And if I did get that body and then stopped working out I would just have skin flabs everywhere.
