the first time it played it got slow when sean got hit and was slow motion as he flew off and I legit thought that’s how it was because it looked cool
little idea, when he punches him with the purple effect, it looks more like a push than a punch (maybe it is a push?)
a little anticipation by backing the arm up for a couple frames (winding up the punch), pause, and quickly (almost instantly) being in the extended punch position will give it more force

Use guidelines, because when he puts his hands onthe ground and moves forward, he moves down and keft slightly also make sure the speed makes sense, he jumps fast but falls slow, he should fall at the same speed.
