Preview of a project i’m working on
Not-So-Fun Fact: I made this in a span of a day (8 hours to be precise) with an old, shitty IPad with performance so poor that it makes beggars look lile billionaires, and with 500 mb left (considering all these three clips are 100+ mb size and with frames around a mere 20-50, that’s mostly why it’s pretty shitty rn tbh, along with my rustiness)

Plus SN free version, i have to put up with gif converting and double export time.
So thats -1 1/2 hour
mega oof @ not having pro
well besides the fact this took you an entire lifetime, it looks damn good
so you get a lot of lag, just curious do you use any of the “Lag Problems?” stuff and does it help
(that’s mainly for animating with lag, not playing)
as for playing you could turn of tweening temporarily to get better performance
I did turn on all three of the “Lag Problem” stuff
It kinda improved performance
The most lag was actually when the animation had passed 20 frames.
see people say that time to time but I feel like you’re just not explaining it well
“most lag after animation passed 20 frames”
when you’re animating/playing on frame 50, it doesn’t matter what’s on frame 1 or 12 etc, that has no impact on performance (memory use, yes, not CPU-use)
Probably memory use though as the lag started to get worse when 100+ mb
Also one clip was very close to passing the video node limit (while designing the BG, i tried to add one part of the fancy trees, it said the message that 6400 node limit because mobile limitations)
And the sheer number of animals i had on the second clip.
Also about the Lag Problems stuff
Idk i’m a peanut brain guy so i didn’t see the peak in performance.
@inkydoki
Waddya think?
I loved those opacity transitions and the head turning on that monster, the parallax, the figures, alot of monsters moving, music fits and stating the fact that your low memory device you still made this! This’ll be good! hue hue hue
