He is right they do suck but try do improve and test some animations and you might be a good animator.

they’re kinda just standing around, and what’s with the random pauses? it’s like you double-frames randomly and it makes it choppy-like
keep working at it though, watch others animate on youtube it’s one of the best ways to learn
