IP’s are based in Internet Provider’s location within the city.
If someone was to have my IP right now, it’ll show that I’m somewhere else rather than where I actually am because that’s where my internet provider’s location is.
It’ll still show I’m in Albacete, just not the street.
Phone number? Really easy to attain nowadays, if you were to look for my phone number it’s very likely it’ll appear since numbers are reused constantly.
His name? Maybe he heard it from a friend of his who’s close to toomonkey or he found his Facebook / social media.
It’s not hard to find those details, specially nowadays.
A little scare for him to realize he needs a change.
