Add some more features to make them more interesting and unique, accessories, hair, different colours other than bright ones etc
Just look into it and make a character that in some way represents you and your work because right now there isnβt much separating this from any other base that looks identical to it.

Itβs not trash. But itβs not splash screen material. Itβs good though, I donβt get it when people vote trash on these decent splash screens. Just because it wonβt win doesnβt mean itβs trash. This actually looks good. Just not winner material due to the competition being extremely good

Try giving him more details to make him more of an oc
E.g. better eyes, contrasting color, perhaps a backpack or strap, gloves and boots, a t-shirt, give his bandana some wrinkles and shading, give the whole character shadingY’know, stuff like that
