m9 everyone waits in line (I get 50-100 a day and approve 1/2 of them and then about 30 are uploaded a day)
the math works out to about 5-7 day wait period

I just went and re-downloaded it to check
sorry yo, don’t take offense but that’s not up to the standards I hold the uploads to
it’s just a regular stickfigure (you didn’t do anything special with the limbs or clothes or anything) and he has a red arm and whacky goku hair, I get so many of those a day and rarely do I approve them because they just seem very rushed and generic
spice it up a little, give him actual clothes, maybe some more sensible hair too that isn’t just a crazed-goku, etc
