The project node counter seems to be working fine, you reach the limit and you can’t add stuff anymore. Perfectly normal.
But it seems like it’s the movieclip node counter that is broken.
Basicaly, if put too mutch nodes in a movieclip, it ends up overflowing, making the node count negative, wich wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t afect the project node counter. But tbh I doubt it’s a grave bug.

lol well, this was always known
see: squimovieclips allow for you to bypass the node limit through some hacky hacks, because of how they can be edited cross-frames and things added/removed from it, there’s no easy way to implement a limit that wouldn’t be annoying to the user
going over the int limit tho is new to me lmao
that’s a bit extreme
