I mean… COOPA exists for a reason. They NEED to be there otherwise nasty stuff and things harmful to children would appear. It was always there on every app, International regulations about internet safety and collecting data from people under age of 13.

Problem starts youtube was breaking COOPA and letting some things slide. FCU on the other hand went overboard.
