I would look at the very least online for tips for this
My only tips is to honestly fully abstain from viewing that stuff as much as possible , not only is it harmful to your body , it’s harmful for your own perception of what relationships and what those “intimate moments”
Trust me as a person who’s with another , porn is a mindless degradation of what any of that even is
Besides just abstaining from porn as much as possible , please enjoy and indulge in activities that make you happy
Enjoy life for what it is , not for what weird sites and shit make you think it is
But like legit
Avoid porn as much as possible
I know you’re definitely not the breadwinner of your household and , it happens , people around our age ranges more or less naturally and unfortunately get roped into that stuff but the best thing to do is drop it entirely
Avoid anything that triggers that need , hang out with people more , play any games or do any activities during times you would… indulge in that nasty stuff , just cut it out as best as possible
