The water always come back, it\’s basically a loophole
Water may go into your sink, into a purifying factory, being spun around in a weird machine, come back as clean water, go to a water treatment facility, treat it with UV, omosis ( f u if u correct me ), and other chemical products, then come back as drinkable water.
