Nope. He’s perfectly safe.
The Flood won’t infect him because he’s too small and the Sepratists won’t notice him either.The coelophysis on mantor are common house pests. Like mice.

To clear up some things.
In my movie the flood can infect various mechanisms such as battle droids and convert them into combat forms. But the catch is that they cannot gain sufficient biomass to form a gravemind. The droids instead become savage units to the flood, collecting biomass and overwhelming enemy forces.
