Well if you’re getting a pack then you need to unarchive it first.
If you want to do a skin yourself there’s resources but it is a hassle on mobile devices.
Connect device to itunes
Click little app icon in iTunes
Go into the “File Sharing” section, see “Stick Nodes (Pro?)” in the list, click it
now you add the /skin/ folder (drag and drop) into the app’s files
