While the effects and stuff are good, maybe resize the eyes and mouth to better suit the head and make it look less like you are trying hard to be and anime maker. other than that, they are good and Basic OCs

add some actual, like, design to the characters yo
clothes, structure (not just 2 rounded segments for the arm) etc
