A very well done fight! The fluidity of the fight itself is very smooth, and the use of effects is applaudable. The fight does end a bit abruptly, and the dialogue could certainly be improved. However, those details are minute in terms of the quality of the rest of the animation. This was a very enjoyable fight scene to watch!
Overall, I have to give this a high 3/5. It is a consistent, well-paced, enjoyable fight. It does lack some aspects that would definitely make it stand out, but this is a standard well-done fight, certainly enjoyable to see.
3/5.

A pretty fun fight animation, overall. Visually, it’s done surprisingly well. Though it’s a little choppy in some places, the fight is fluid and uses interesting camera angles. The effects are used fairly well, too. Though, in some parts of the fight, there should be more wind up. For example, whenever the characters charged at each other, it was just instantaneous, which made it look odd.
Plot and humor aren’t very present in the animation. The plot boils down to “Hey, this guy on the moon wants to fight you.” The humor isn’t exactly there, either.
You do understand that not everything can be reviewed with story and humor in mind, right?
You wouldn’t view a horror movie centered on scaring audiences with the perspective of a comedy critic, right?
Not everything applies to the story and humor rates, that is why they are optional. Not everything can be applied to one single category of criticism. If you genuinely believe that, your lack of skill as a critic shows.

I haven’t stated that I’m here to professionally critique everything in the animation spotlights, now have I? All I’m doing is giving my opinions on each one, along with pointing out anything that could be considered a flaw so that the creator might be able to avoid it in the future. I’m simply using the Animation Spotlight Rating System to give me some certain things within each animation to touch base on, that way I can also state the best and worst parts of each category.
Besides that, if I comment my review on an animation that is supposed to lack things such as humor or plot, such as a fight animation, I will typically state that the lack of humor/plot is reasonable. I’ll state that the lack of it is fine, and whether I state that or not, I still don’t let it affect the final score.
So, I would appreciate it if you would just let me write and post my reviews in peace. I never claimed to be a professional critic, so there’s no need for you to come out of nowhere and verbally attack me about being something that I never claimed to be. Last I checked, I was entitled to opinions, too.
Unfortunately, in this day and age, people legitimately believe they are entitled to their opinions. Rather, the truth is this: one is entitled to an informed opinion. No one is entitled to ignorance. Not you, not me, not anyone.
Though you may be reviewing these animations simply with your opinions in mind, you need to understand that this entire reviewing system, and any person who is reviewed, is affected by this sort of ignorant behavior. Objectivity needs to be included to a certain extent. It’s fine to feel a way about an animation, but rating specifically based on that feeling for something that should be looked at subjectively is detrimental to the animators themselves. There are movies I do and do not enjoy, and some of the movies I don’t enjoy I understand can be well-made. Yet, for these films, though my personal bias is that I did not enjoy it, I still will admire how well-done it is and how there is potential to enjoy it by an audience. Still, there are bad movies, and no matter how much I may enjoy some of them, I still will acknowledge that they are pretty bad.
Animators who are featured here are negatively affected because your “casual reviews” are baseless and centered on first-impressions. It isn’t a service to any of the animators on here or any audiences trying to find good content. Not to mention, you’re willing to rank stolen content higher than actually produced content. Even if something is bad, at least it was made by the animator, rather than plagiarized.
I can understand the desire to hold an opinion. But, when your opinion is consistently wrong (and wow, as it turns out, opinions can indeed be wrong, who knew?), your reviews change from expressions of how you feel to detriments upon everyone else. So, I implore you, inform yourself before you critique. Perhaps you will be less burdensome that way.
Simple, not much of a story, but theres something attempted to give atleast the slightest in context which I respect. But still, not really much to give it much of a rating there. Same with humor, it exists in the slightest, but does it matter? Not at all. This is a simple fight animation that can be described at entertaining and badass. Visually, it carries a consistant style with something that will appeal to they eye. The small little details like the shine on the shield and sword occasionally along with the powers being layed out clearly, this really was pretty good visually. Most fights ignore backgrounds too, this one didn’t, which I like. It was certainly above average in visuals. Overall though, this had me hooked the entire time, the animation was fluid and impactful. It was good. Real entertaining stuff.
