Overall rating is a 4/5. This was very good. With how the PL base was used and all this, I personally love it. Gun fights can be very interesting and this is an example of it. The animation and posing is very nicely done but I can see some of the robotic posing in it regardless of the lower framerate. I personally never use lower framerates like this as it is limiting for animation, especially fast paced animation. But it really is admirable where You managed to get the animation done pretty well at such a low framerate.

Visually, besides my high detail figures being sized and used properly, is very good. The setting remained pretty consistent and several camera angles were handled very well. That being said, it suffers from the more 3 dimensional approach too. The different angles use different figures of course but there’s inconsistency with that where one scene will have a crisp detailed figure, then the next it’s and outlined and undetailed mess. But at the same time, that is alleviated by the lack of lazieness by the animatior to change the figures up to match color and even sometimes mashing up figures from a top view perspective which did work surprisingly well.

Story, while simple for this animation and in by no means the the focus, gets the job done. Character dialogue is reasonable, solidly written and doesn’t really come off as corny or unreasonable. It more further immerses the viewer. In the minute or 3 this animation takes to watch, the story develops quite a bit, but not enough to be something amazing. Just average, but since it isn’t the focus and is handled well, it really doesn’t have a bearing on my overal rating.

Humor is even less of a focus as it is more on an intense gunfight than a laughing matter. A good choice by the Animator to leave out so it doesn’t have any bearing on the overal experience and therefore the overall rating.
