The second character im submitting for project landfall , and my OC for PL. he doesnt have a backstory but neptune got his elite armour from the pilquar war , when he killed an NBC Elite. he then took the armour and retrofitted a mech-like suit from the armour , strapped a minigun to the arm of it and has been using his new "Gryvor M1" battle suit to fight against thaltop and other characters like centinal.

his gryvor 1 armour , he literally towers over his opponents. though it weighs a ton (not a metaphor , it literally weighs one tonne) he is able to move relativly fast in it , especially when mixed with his flightpack.

the minigun fires at 2000RPM in 5.56 standard NATO rounds. its recoil is stablised by microactive thrusters on all sides of the "artillary arm" which activate upon pulling the trigger (the trigger is a hand motion , it uses motion sence and a VERY intelligent A.I to work) which then reduce sway and recoil.

thats me done now...just when using this character , make sure you resize him to 1.20 , to make him taller than other characters. i did say he towered over his opponents so thats my reason
