Darkrai is a mythical pokemon introduced in gen 4, and the counterpart to the legendary pokemon cresselia. He is a representation of the new moon and can cause Nightmares in humans.

His special move dark void along with his ability bad dreams is used for killing people/pokemon in their sleep. Don't forget he feeds on your fear and will haunt your precious dreams. Don't forget dem legs in the pokemon movie either.

It’s a legendary, you’re fine.

Characters in the game do indeed describe stuff like Dialga as ‘Legendary Pokemon’ or ‘Beings of Legend’, never myth. Mythicals are ones that are near impossible to catch like Hoopa which you can pretty much exclusively gain through extremely rare codes.
