his is my new oc now cuz i give my bro the last one cuz he want it so much

he can control fire,water,lightning
he can use those element by change the mark color on his arm
the weapons can be use with that element like make a fire shuriken as you can see
and some element sword dat don't need a real sword

PL Team Slave OwnerIs that detail on the arm it? You couldn’t have spent a bit more on refining and making your character more unique? The effects on the Shurikens should not exist too. Effects made onto figures doesn’t work and is one of the worst things you could do.
