This is Kazuto, A Saiyan from a dead universe.

He usually stays in the shadows, but if needed he will casually walk out in front of a threat get in stance and challenge the threat. One example of a threat severe enough to get his attention is Goku going rouge and attemting to kill an innocent.

This may make him look like a hero but he is not a hero, he just hates people making sudden changes in personality. And he is, forgive me for this ralph, a super saiyan stalker, or in other words, he follows Goku, Vegeta, Krillin, Yamcha, Trunks, Gohan, Goten, Bulma, Chi Chi, and Piccilo without ever being seen.

He can move faster than Jiren, Goku, Frieza, and Vegeta COMBINED! His effortless punch is stronger than every punch ever by Siatama, Goku, Jiren, Vegeta, and Trunks combined.

He can replicate any energy attack, though his favorites are Kamehameha, Galick Gun, and Destructo Disk. He also has his own energy attack he calls Galaxy Splitter, and the name doesn't even do it justice!

The Galaxy Splitter is what deadened his universe.

He can take being erased, yes, being erased, by the zeno. He even once got hit by force and heat equivilant to 77 big bangs and said it nearly tickled. He has mastered every form of martial arts in the MULTIVERSE!

He can teleport faster than the instant transmission. So yeah, he is very OP.
