So I made a NBC killzone and a mercenary killzone. PS: use the NBC boi instead

Abilities
basic just a walmart version of the NBC elite
on his wrist the computer thing is able to, compress particles together? creating a solid for 1.92 second. (so the boi can bolt! Wait would second be the proper term or would it be seconds?)
the wristband also has a computer able to hack mid security objects
he possess cloak like the NBC elites
he is highly trained for tons of situations
Weaponry
his bio shock has the power of a, 20? caliber bullet due to the uranium and plotonium making it like a microscopic nuke
Abilities are subject to change by explosive bullet at any time
