That modified M4 just looks so beautiful. And the character himself is unique. I expect to bring him in Episode 2 or Episode 3.

I feel the character doesnt fit in PL, but well its your choice

Canada is just Australia with a US texture pack

The character isn’t military personnel. He is a civilian that likes action and has next to no training, but he always had a passion for crafts and engineering, hence the custom gun.
