Theres lore but...its long...heres a short of it.

M-271 is basically a a terminator, that is used by the calcium coalition(which is basically the council of ricks but for milky)

it hunts down "criminals" (subjective term in this context) and if it captures them , it tortures them...or sends them into alternate universes that are quite like hells...
essentially...a terminator hunter for the coalition...more lore is on kzs channel..

m-271 has a reason behind it...m is milk and 271 comes from calcium somehow i forgot
