Upgraded version of my last Mechagodzilla. The tail is equipped with a powerful electric stinger capable of weakening Godzilla. It also fires a beam of electricity capable of peircing Godzilla's hide.

I think Showa Godzilla is the one that used electricity to defeat Mechagodzilla the first time,so I’m pretty sure you’re talking about either Filius (The Mini Godzilla Earth)or 2014,due to them either being weakened or killed by EMPs.
There are 15 versions of Godzilla in the Showa Era. The one you’re referring to used a large amount of electricity to turn himself into a giant magnet. The one from “King Kong vs Godzilla” was weakened by electricity. The EMP used by the MUTOs only hindered Godzilla’s ability to use his atomic breath, and….
I’m not 100% sure what the EMP did to Filius.
Okay, okay, I get it. Most versions of Godzilla aren’t weakened by electricity. As far as I know, the only one that is is the one from “King Kong vs Godzilla.” Aside from that, he was never actually weakened by electricity. But it can hurt him. Just watch KOTM and you’ll see.
